Webex App | Put a phone call on hold
You are able to put the person you are speaking with on hold so that you can make another call, answer an existing conversation, or obtain additional information while you are on the phone with them.
Desktop
1 To put a call on hold while you are on the phone, select More and then pick Hold. After you have placed the call on hold, the slots list will reflect that the call is now being held.
2 To return to the call you had on hold, choose it from the list of available spaces, and then choose the Resume option.
It is possible that you will be able to restart the call on either your desktop computer, your mobile device, or your desk phone. This will depend on the calling options that have been set up for you.
You can also put the call on hold and resume it from the headset if it is linked to a Cisco phone and you are using it. Make and Answer Calls with Your Cisco Headset 730 or Use Your Cisco Headset 500 Series is where you may find additional information on the subject.
