Webex App Search for a participant in a meeting

Search for someone to chat with, or manage their privileges to see if someone has joined the meeting or if someone has joined.

Desktop
  • Click on the Participants tab when you are in a meeting.
  • Enter the name of the person you are looking for into the search box.

From a meeting space, you can display the search bar by clicking the Search button.

A participant’s or a device’s name can be entered as a source of information or as a participant’s name. A group of names appears below the device name if more than one participant connects to the same device in order to join a meeting.

  • The Search bar can be cleared by selecting .

Mobile
  • Click on the Participants tab when you are in a meeting.
  • Enter the name of the person you are looking for into the search box.
