The Webex App lets you see who is available. Check if the person is active on the app if you need to get in touch with them. The availability of others can be easily determined by this.
Users’ availability in Webex App on Windows or Mac is displayed as active when they are using their computer. Webex App shows the last time they were active while they are away from their computer.
In the Webex App for iPhone, iPad, and Android, people’s availability appears as active when they send or read new messages. The Webex App shows their last active time when they’re away from the app.
In your organization, you can only see who is available. When you see the profile picture of someone, you can see their availability information: when you message them, when you search for them, or when you see them in a space.
Webex App on Desktop, Mobile, and Web
The availability states appear in the following order on Webex App for desktop, mobile, and web, based on the order in which they appear on the profile picture.
Active takes precedence over In a Meeting, for example.

How do I change my availability in the Webex app?
You can pause being disturbed for any length of time by clicking your profile picture, selecting Availability, and selecting the amount of time from the list. Then click Availability > Clear to make sure people realize you are again available to be reached.
