Webex App | See who’s speaking in a meeting

1 While in a gathering, navigate to the ParticipantsParticipants section.

2 Select the Sort Sort > button. Who’s talking here?

In a Webex planned or Personal Room meeting, the participants who are speaking will advance to the top of the list, immediately below you, the host, the presenter, and the cohost. If you are the presenter, you will remain at the bottom of the list.

When conducting a meeting from a remote location, those attendees who are now speaking will jump to the top of the list, right behind the presenter and yourself.

Mobile

1 Navigate to the Participants tab while in a meeting.

2 Go to the Sort menu, and then select Who’s Speaking.
