Webex App | Share Files from Google Drive
If you share your Google Drive files directly in a space, all the users in the space will be able to access the latest version of those files, since they all share the same space.
If you have a Google Drive account, you can upload a file directly from there and then select who can view it when you have shared it in a space.
Select Share from Google Drive from the menu in the message area, and then click Attachment in the menu.
Once you have selected the file you want to share on Google Drive, you will need to decide who you want to allow to view it:
-
Anyone—A file can be viewed by anyone, including those outside your organization who are not part of your organization.
-
People in your organization—You can only view the file if you are a member of your organization.
-
People with existing access—In order to view the files in Box, the Webex App utilizes the permissions that have already been set up.
The file name is shown to people who do not have access to the file, but they are unable to actually view the file or view a thumbnail preview of it.
Click on the Apply button after you have made your selection.
Click on the link to send it to your friends.
