When using the Webex App on Windows or Mac, you will be able to access shortcut menu options quickly by right-clicking on messages, spaces, or contacts in your workspace. It helps you to complete basic actions easily by allowing you to click fewer times, which enables you to save time and money.
Right-clicking on an individual space will allow you to select a variety of options, depending on the type of space and how you have been assigned to that space. Right-clicking on search results, notifications, unread, favorites, and some of the filter lists located in the search results bar is also possible.
In case there is a link within a message, you can right-click directly on the link and in the shortcut menu you will see an option called Copy Link.
You should make sure that your Mac has been configured to allow you to click on secondary buttons. In the menu bar of the System Preferences, you can find Trackpad > Point & Click > Secondary click. From the drop-down list, choose an option that suits you the best.
