Webex App | Show When You’re Out of Office
If you are going on vacation or have an appointment that requires you to leave the office for a short while, you can inform those around you through your Webex App status in case they need to get in touch with you.
Your out of office status can only be viewed in the Webex App if you follow the steps below:

Please see the Out of office or vacation reply for Gmail for more information about setting up your automatic reply for out of office in Microsoft Outlook or your out of office or vacation reply in Google Calendar when using Microsoft Outlook.
If you schedule an appointment or meet with someone, you do not have to select Out Of Office when you schedule the meeting.
