Your administrator will need to enable this function for your mobile phone number before you can use it, but you will always have access to your Advanced Call Settings to make changes to that number.
1 While a call is in progress, hit the More button and then select the Switch to number> option.
The Phone app on your mobile device notifies you of an incoming call. It is recommended that you let the person you are speaking with know that there will be a brief halt in the call while you make the transfer because it will affect the flow of the conversation.
2 Continue what you were talking about after picking up the incoming call on the mobile Phone app on your device.
The Webex App ends the call immediately once it has been answered.
