Webex App | The number of people who can join a meeting
You can have as many participants as you want in your meetings depending on how you schedule or start them, as well as how they join.
Webex scheduled and Personal Room meetings
Your Webex license determines how many people can join a Webex or Personal Room meeting when you schedule it from your calendar. A video device or Webex App can only host 200 people at a time, regardless of how many participants your license permits. You also have a limit on the number of participants in your meeting if you use video devices or Webex Apps.
Meetings associated with a space
In a meeting space, we have enhanced the experience of meeting. It is possible that some of you are still experiencing the classic version.
Webex for Government does not yet support enhanced meetings associated with spaces.
Enhanced meetings associated with a space
A meeting host’s account type determines the meeting capabilities of different spaces. You can invite up to 100 people to a meeting where the host has a free account. Up to 200 users can attend a Webex Calling session or a Webex App session in spaces where there is a paid Webex app or a Meetings account.
Classic meetings associated with a space
Your meeting can be scheduled or started in the app by viewing how many people are able to attend.
The meeting information can be viewed by clicking Schedule in the space.

The meeting sponsor’s account type determines the meeting capabilities of each space. The sponsor of the meeting can invite up to 25 people to the meeting if they have a free account. Webex Calling and Webex App accounts that are paid by the sponsor permit up to 100 attendees. The sponsor of a meeting can invite up to 200 people when they have a paid Meetings account. In addition to meeting participants with Webex App accounts, guests without Webex App accounts also count towards the meeting size limit. How people and devices count towards the meeting size limit
Whether the meeting is scheduled for Webex, to be held in a Personal Room, or associated with a space, the size limit will be calculated in the same way. No matter whether the individual is connected to a video device or not, when people join your meeting they count as one for the meeting size limit, regardless of whether they are connected to a video device. The size of the meeting is also determined by the number of video devices connected during the meeting. It is possible that you will be connected to four different apps at the same time (each app plus the room device) if, for example, you are in a conference room with two other people.

How video devices and Webex App participants count towards the video devices limit
Meetings associated with spaces, Webex Meetings, and Personal Rooms count towards the video devices limit in the same way. Regardless of how many people are connected to a video device, it counts as one towards the video devices limit. No matter if a person has a video device or not, each person joining via the Webex App counts as one video device. In a conference room, for instance, if there are three of you in the room and you are all connected to the same Webex App room device, you will count as five total video devices (each person in addition to the room device) under the circumstances.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find my Webex phone number?
You can find this information in the customer view of https://admin.webex.com by navigating to Services, then choosing Calling > Numbers. It is possible to download a CSV file of your organization’s phone numbers when you select Manage > Export from the menu on the left.
Where is people list in Webex?
In Webex App, you can easily access this information by looking at your meeting list. The Cisco Webex Hybrid Calendar Service allows you to see your meetings list only if you are using it. Select the meeting in the list of meetings by going to the Meetings menu and selecting it. You can access the list of people by clicking on the People tab.

If you prefer the desktop app over the web app, you can open the full-featured meeting application from the desktop app or you can use the web app to open the meeting directly in your browser.
How do I join a Webex meeting without invite?
As a guest, you can join a Webex meeting through the Cisco Webex Meetings desktop app, without having to sign in to the app. You can open Cisco Webex Meeting on your desktop computer by clicking Use as a guest in the toolbar.
