Webex App | Turn off GPU acceleration for virtual backgrounds

Only Windows and Intel GPUs with a GPU driver version of 26.20.0.0 or above are able to take advantage of the acceleration provided by a GPU.

1To access the advanced video options, first select your profile image, then go to options > Video > Advanced settings.

2 To disable GPU acceleration for virtual backgrounds, uncheck the box next to Enable GPU acceleration for virtual backgrounds, and then click the Save button.

If your computer does not have the capability to make use of this feature, you will not see this check box.
