Webex for Cisco BroadWorks Troubleshooting Guide
This manual provides troubleshooting guidance for Webex for Cisco BroadWorks, which includes “how to” topics, listings of log files and their applications, and ideas for examining specific difficulties.
The Troubleshooting Guide is written for technical staff members working for service provider organizations who are responsible for providing support for both themselves and their clients. We want you to have some prior experience with troubleshooting in general, working with subscriber situations, and reviewing logs.
The document is divided into three parts, which are as follows:
- You should compile a list of Resources, which includes any tools, reading material, logs, and contacts that you could require.
- Processes, which are a description of some of the steps that you might take while troubleshooting an issue with a customer.
- Specific Issues is a section that classifies and enumerates problems that are known to exist, as well as instructions on how to recognize them and potential solutions to the problems they cause.
