Webex Productivity Tools

You are able to arrange, begin, and join Webex meetings directly from within Microsoft Outlook with the help of the Webex Productivity Tools. Integrations with other applications are supported by Productivity Tools. These integrations include those with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Final release for Webex Productivity Tools

The release in June (42.6) of Productivity Tools for Windows will be the very last release of the software. As a result of Microsoft’s decision to restrict injection-based plugins on Mac, the final release of Productivity Tools for Mac was version 41.5.

Customers of Microsoft Outlook who prefer to arrange Webex meetings from within Microsoft Outlook are encouraged to make the switch to the Webex Scheduler add-in.

The Webex Meetings desktop client and the Webex Productivity Tools are both available for download, but they are each housed in their own individual bundle. See the Webex Meetings Desktop App for more information about the desktop application.
