Make sure that the video systems and software that you plan to use during your meeting are compatible with the video system or software that you are planning on using. Why won’t my video work on Webex?
In order for WebEx to find the correct camera, you must ensure that it is searching for it. In order to start or stop recording video, select the correct camera input by clicking the caret next to Start Video (or Stop Video). Please make sure that your external USB camera is plugged in if you are using one. Make sure that the lights on the camera are illuminated if you know they are there.
Does Webex support 1080p video?
Webex allows video streaming in 1080p at 30 frames per second for the entire meeting, with bandwidth of up to 6Mbps available by default.

Are Zoom and Webex compatible?
Zoom meetings can be launched from Cisco Webex by using the API connectors that are pre-built for the tool. A one-tap calendar connector can be used by teams that have an existing Cisco conference room and want to integrate it with Zoom.
How do I enable video in WebEx?
If you are in a call or meeting, you will be able to stop the video by tapping anywhere on the screen and then tapping the Stop video button. On the screen, a message indicating that your video has been turned off appears. While you are on the call, you can still see the camera icon, which indicates that your video is turned off during the call. Tap on the Start video button to turn your video back on again.
