What Actions can I Perform within the CCA-SP Portal in Webex
Telephony Domains: (CCA-SP certified partners only)
- Transfer a site to a distinct telephony domain while keeping it connected to the same bridge.
- Put in a request to establish a brand-new telephony domain.
- Please call off the new request for the Telephony Domain.
- Send in a fresh request for the Telephony Domain.
- Request to make changes to an already established Telephony Domain
- Cancel the request for the modification of the telephony domain.
- Send in a new request for a modification to the Telephony Domain.
- Export a List of Telephony Domains and Sites
Callback Groups: (CCA-SP certified partners only)
- Send a request to have a site moved to a different callback group.
- Put in a request to have a new callback group created.
- Cancellation of the new request for the Callback Group
- Send a Callback Group Request in a New Submission.
- Submission of a request to alter an existing Callback Group
- Cancel the request for the modification of the Callback Group.
- Send in a fresh modification request for the Callback Group.
- Export a List of Callback Groups and Sites
Reporting: (CCA-SP certified partners and CCA-E customers)
- You can view KPI reports for specific customers or for all customers collectively.
- Filter by the session type, duration, and URLs that are included in the report.
- Create a CSV export of the report.
