When an administrator deletes a user via the web portal, or through an API call, they do not specify whether to transfer the recordings to another existing licensed user using the Zoom account in which they had previously deleted the user. | As a result, all user recordings will be placed in a permanent deletion state, where they will be deleted permanently within the next 24 hours. It is not possible to recover these files after this procedure has been completed. |
It is possible for an admin to delete a user through the zoom.com web portal or a Zoom API call and then transfer the files associated with the deleted user to another existing licensee within the Zoom account. | Upon receiving the recordings, the recipient will be able to download the recording files from the server. |
