Try it!
In Microsoft Teams, Shifts is an application that allows you to create, update, and manage team schedules in order to streamline your communication.
Schedules –
The Shifts feature in Microsoft Teams makes it easy to create, manage, edit, and edit a schedule. Shifts allows you to display shifts at the top of the schedule, team members at the left of the calendar, and assigned shifts at the bottom of the schedule.
Groups –
In order to keep your groups organized, you can give each group a name, such as a job type or location.
Shifts –
Adding a shift can be done in a number of ways. Make a brand new one or copy one that you already have.
Open shifts –
An open shift row is present on each schedule. Your schedule should include open shifts that can be requested by anyone at any time.
Time Clock –
By using the Time Clock mobile app, your team is able to clock in and out of their shifts from anywhere at any time.
Requests –
Time off requests, shift swap requests, and offers for time off should be reviewed.
Tags –
If you are on a shift and want to communicate quickly with someone else on that shift, you can use shift-based tags.
Share –
As soon as you have completed the schedule, make sure you share it with your team so that everyone is aware of it as soon as it is ready.
