How do Webex session types 10 and 14 differ?
In addition to Webex Meetings, Events, Training, and Support, Webex Session Type 10 is also available as an Access Anywhere session type. Webex Session Type 14 is associated with Webex Support, and is a SMARTech session type.
In the top right corner of the site overview, you will not find the two session codes mentioned above. They can be found in a .CSV file exported from the Site Admin/Control Hub and they are managed by CSM using the backend.
A user list containing 10 and 14 session types cannot be imported as part of the Access Anywhere/Remote Access service installation process.
The user account needs to be edited by the Site Administrator, and the box labelled ‘Access Anywhere’ needs to be checked. The host account can be edited by an administrator, and the Edit Assigned Computers link can be clicked in order to assign a specific PC or a group of PCs to a particular user or group of users in Remote Access. There will be an option on the Webex site that allows you to view Remote Access Computers, but this will only work if they are assigned to a PC.
