Cisco Headset 720 Series
There is a line of wireless headsets made by Cisco called the Cisco Headset 720 line. These headsets couple with Cisco soft clients, desk devices, and Cisco IP Phones through the use of Bluetooth ® connection. The headset is designed for usage in an office setting, and as such, it provides complete call control as well as the capability to play music. Full call integration is supported by the Cisco Headset 720 Series, which can be used with the Webex App, Webex Meetings, Cisco IP phones, and Webex Desk devices.

Cisco Headset 320 Series
The Cisco Headset 320 Series is a collection of headsets that was developed specifically for easy connection with various other Cisco devices and soft clients. The Cisco Headset 321 is designed for prolonged usage and enhanced comfort, and it has a single earpiece. In contrast, the Cisco Headset 322 offers a complete stereo experience that is better suited for hectic workplaces. Both headsets provide easy plug-and-play connection with Cisco IP Phones, Cisco Jabber, and Cisco Room Devices. The Webex App is also compatible with both headsets.
Both headsets come with an RJ9 connection option, making them compatible with the vast majority of Cisco IP phones. The RJ9 connector on the headset allows it to function in the same way as other headsets that do the same thing but plug into the headset port on the phone.

You may now locate information about your headset within the Webex App. You are also able to change general headset settings such as the behavior of the headset while it is on and off the charging stand. The Bang & Olufsen Cisco 980 is a premium over-ear headset that combines great design, superb audio, and industry-leading business communications. It is part of the company’s Cisco line. Pairing the Bang & Olufsen Cisco 980 with Cisco soft clients and devices is accomplished through the use of Bluetooth® connection. In addition to the excellent audio augmentation techniques developed by Bang & Olufsen, the headset is equipped with fundamental call control and music playback capabilities. The Bang & Olufsen Cisco 980 has a Cisco Headset USB HD Adapter, which may be utilized with gadgets that do not provide a dependable Bluetooth option. Personalize your headset name in the Cisco Headsets app
Using the Cisco Headsets mobile app, you are able to give your Cisco Headset 730 a name that is completely unique to you. The new name is immediately reflected in any Bluetooth device list after being saved to the headset’s memory. By clicking the “Reset Settings” option within the app at any moment, you may have your headset revert back to its factory-default name.
Bluetooth pairing mode enhancement
The Cisco Headset 730 now has an enhanced Bluetooth connection experience as a result of our work. Now that you have two active Bluetooth connections, you are able to enter the pairing mode. As soon as you connect the headset to the new device, it will immediately detach from the previous device and save the connection.
Factory reset your Cisco Headset 730
You are now able to do a complete reset to factory settings on your Cisco Headset 730. Performing a factory reset will result in the loss of any previously stored Bluetooth connections and will reset all previously saved headset settings to their original state.
End calls on the headset charging stand
You can now end an active call when you place your headset securely in the Cisco Headset 730 charging stand. This feature is enabled by default, but you can disable it through the Cisco Headsets mobile app.
