Webex Meetings and Webex App
Webex App free version
In the free version of Webex App, a user is not able to use the app in countries to which export controls are restricted (for example, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Crimea) as well as Mainland China, Russia, and Belarus.
Webex paid subscriptions
It is possible to register Webex Meetings, Webex Apps, and cloud devices in the following countries and regions by clicking here. These locations can also take advantage of hybrid services which can be deployed as well.

The United States is one of the countries in which partners can sell and deploy services. It is possible for that same customer to deploy services in Tunisia if they have branch offices in Tunisia and Syria as well. Due to Syria being on neither list of supported countries and regions, the customer cannot sell or deploy services in Tunisia.
With Dedicated Instance for Webex Calling, deployments are possible anywhere in the world, except in countries under embargo.

- By selecting Product Certifications by Country, you will be able to browse certifications by country.
- The Status of Product Approvals page can be viewed here.
- To confirm approval status for a Webex device, select Option 2 and enter its SKU in the Name dialog box.
The Cisco Video Devices Ordering Guide lists all video device SKUs.
- After finding a Cisco video device SKU in the search results, select it from the Product Found list and move it to the Selected Product(s) list.
- Click Submit after selecting a country.

Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan offers business meetings and/or team collaboration with meetings and/or calls. In the countries and regions where Cisco is able to offer Webex subscriptions, a Collaboration Flex Plan can be sold for a monthly fee in line with the cloud services that are offered in those countries and regions. Important notices about selling Webex Meetings and Webex App
Cloud services restricted countries
There is currently no possibility for Cisco to sell Webex Meetings and Webex App paid subscriptions to customers in Mainland China, South Sudan, and Yemen. The Cisco Account Manager or Partner Account Manager in your region can answer specific questions about the sale of Webex Meetings and Webex App paid subscriptions in these countries if you have any.
U.S. export control restrictions
Because of U.S. export control restrictions, Webex Meetings, as well as the Webex App, are not available to users in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Crimea.

How do I check Webex availability?
Click on the profile picture of the user and select the right-click option. Please click Show my availability and status in order to show my availability. In the preferences menu, you can also choose whether or not you want users to be able to see your availability and status. Select Preferences > Privacy from the drop-down list underneath your profile picture.
