How to fix Error Code 4
This issue can be resolved very easily by uninstalling the Zoom application, downloading and reinstalling it as soon as possible.
As an alternative, you can open File Explorer on a Windows device and locate the file named %appdata%/Zoom/data, then delete it using the File Explorer window.
If you are using a MacOS device, open the Finder application and locate the file titled /Library/Application/Support/Zoom.us/data and delete it.
