Why is my meeting timing out in zoom App?
When you are logged in with the email that is associated with your Pro account type, you may receive a notification that your meeting will end in x amount of minutes (timing out) if you have not logged in with the email that is associated with your Pro account type.
If you would like to log into your Pro account, you will need to log out of your Zoom client and then log in using the email that is associated with the account.
You will need to reach out to your administrator to be assigned a paid license if you are logging in with the correct address.
Note:
If you are a Licensed user and you join a meeting hosted by a Basic user and you are a Licensed user. Your participation in the meeting will be limited to 40 minutes.
