Why is my subscription no longer available in Skype?
With Skype, you will be able to make low-cost calls anywhere in the world. Our subscription service is regularly reviewed to make sure that it is providing our customers with the best value for their money. It is possible that sometimes subscriptions will no longer be available through one of our partners or that some subscriptions may be discontinued.
It is our intention to notify you in your Skype account, or by any other reasonable means, that if your subscription has been discontinued or has become unavailable, your subscription will not be renewed. Your subscription will remain active until it expires, but it won’t automatically renew, so you won’t be able to repurchase that subscription after it expires. There is a chance that you may need to change your calling plan if you want to continue making low-cost calls using the current service.
To choose a new subscription, simply visit our subscriptions page and choose or search for the country that you would like to call from the list. After choosing your calling option and an appropriate billing period, you need to click the Buy selection button. As long as your new subscription is active and you have a valid payment method attached to your account, your new subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period, as long as the subscription is available and you have a valid payment method in your account.
