Why Won’t the CCA-SP Portal let Me Reuse an Access Number in webex?
Is it possible to reuse access numbers in the CCA-SP Portal?
When the same display/access number is used on another bridge, will the CCA-SP Portal pop up a message?
CCA-SP bridges do not reuse access (or display) numbers once they are created. A partner is not informed that there is an error when attempting to do this using the CCA-SP Portal today. During telephony domain provisioning, Cisco will only perform this check in order to approve a request. In order to prevent them from being used across bridges, numbers should be provisioned cautiously in the Portal.
