Windows Open Endlessly when I Share My Desktop or Application in webex
Whenever I share my desktop or application with others, I find that the windows open endlessly.
When I share an application or screen with someone, the windows open endlessly.
When sharing the desktop with the presenter, the taskbar cascades across the entire screen of the presenter.
As a result of sharing my desktop, there are multiple copies of the desktop display.
There is a mirror effect on my Application share.
Whenever I share my desktop, a web browser, or an application, an infinite number of windows are opened.
If I share my desktop, applications, or web browsers on a network, I have windows open continuously.
Cause:
You may experience an issue with cascading windows if you follow these steps:
As a result of the presenter joining the meeting twice and sharing their desktop, an application or web browser with the group, this error occurs.
Solution:
You can resolve the issue by using one of the methods listed below. These methods include:

Method 1:

There might be a duplicate Webex entry on your taskbar. Identify the entry and, using the right-click menu, close one of the windows.

Note: Please choose no when you receive a message asking if you wish to end the meeting at any point during the meeting. Rather than closing that window, you should close the other one that is running.

It is important that you open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del on your keyboard.

Then, select Cisco Webex Meeting Manager from the list of Webex entries, then select End Task from the task menu.

Note: In the case of a message asking you whether you would like to end the meeting, please choose no. The other running window should be closed instead of the other running window.
