How do you remove Windows ZDM? 

It is necessary to access the device itself in order to remove Windows ZDM. In your Settings, find the About tab, click on the Connect to work or school button, and then click Disconnect to cancel the connection.

When are updates displayed on Zoom.us? 

There is a time interval in which the devices enrolled in ZDM receive installable updates from Microsoft, and the updates available from the devices are periodically refreshed.

What happens if I accidentally ignore an update? 

In the next few minutes, you will be able to move the update back to the Ignored tab and it will be moved to the Ignored tab. The instructions can be reviewed in more detail if necessary.

What happens if assigned updates can not be completed within the Update Schedule?

During the next scheduled time frame for updating your system, the updates that you have yet to install as assigned will be installed if they remain outstanding at the end of the Update Schedule time frame.
