You Experience Poor Audio Quality in Your Headset-Webex
If the audio quality of your Cisco Headset 730 isn’t very good, try the actions that are outlined here.
- If the issue still occurs, you should try switching to a different audio source.
- Disconnect any other devices that were associated with your headset.

- You can use either the USB cable or the 3.5mm cable to connect your headset to an audio source.
- Turn off any audio enhancing tools that may be present on your device or in the music app you’re using.
- On your device:
- Turn off Bluetooth and then turn it back on.
- After reconnecting your headset, make sure to remove it from the list of Bluetooth devices that are currently connected.
