Zoom phone calls: assigning the client codes.
This particular feature of assigning the client codes is specifically enabled to the account by zoom. Once you have gotten in touch with the zoom support team, at least for three days wait for the desired results.
To those calls listed in the call log, the zoom account owners or the zoom admins can assign client codes. And this assists the organization in service in billing the customers on a call duration basis. Any accounting organization would bill that based on per hour consultations, thereby, the organization would allocate a specific call-based client code for a particular call making it convenient for recognizing the call during billing to the client.

Preconditions.
- The user should own the zoom phone license.
- This call assigning aspect must be zoom enabled.
For Admins, using logs assigning the client code.
Once an ongoing zoom call ends, then only the call log can be allocated to the call’s client code.
Remember, once the client code gets assigned then the code can be seen by the related phone users of the call.
Step 1. visit the web portal to sign in. ( zoom)
Step 2. Drive into the navigation menu > phone system management > logs.
Step 3. Check out the right side column where you will find three horizontal dots (…) also known as the eclipse icon. After that, select edit client code or add client-side ( in case there’s any already present client code allocated).
Step 4. Then, type in a 3 minimum to 16 maximum digit number.
Step 5. Tap on save.
For the phone user, use call history for the assignment of client code.
Remember, once the client code has been assigned, then the zoom admins can edit or view the code.
