Webex App | Send a Voice Clip
There are a number of ways in which you can send voice clips to a specific person, or to a space in general. In the message area of your account, you have the option of recording a voice clip, previewing it, and sending it directly.
- Then, when you are ready, touch the microphone and hold it for a few seconds, and then begin to speak.
- If you are done recording, let go of the microphone when you are done so that it can be saved.
- You can play your recording by tapping Play (optional). This can be deleted if you are not satisfied with it and you can try it again if you are not satisfied with it.
- Sending your voice clip is as simple as tapping the Send button.
If you wish to send voice clips automatically after recording, tap your profile picture and then select Advanced > Voice Clip Settings > Send Automatically.
