Webex Expert on Demand

Expert on Demand enables you to control all aspects of your RealWear HMT-1 without lifting a finger. When you use Expert on Demand with voice commands or head gestures, you will be able to securely communicate and collaborate with a team of experts in your day-to-day on-site activities through secure voice commands and head gestures.

Expert on Demand requires the following to be able to use it:

• An HMT-1 device from RealWear.

• To control the RealWear HMT-1 device, you will need a computer on which you can install the software.

• The RealWear Companion app needs to be installed on a mobile device.

• An on-demand Webex Expert license can be purchased.

Set up the RealWear HMT

The RealWear HMT can be configured to work with Webex Expert on Demand by following the steps listed below.

Power on and sign in

Your Webex account credentials or a QR code will allow you to sign in on your mobile device.

Call or meet

Whenever you need to contact a colleague, start a space meeting or join an existing space meeting, you can take advantage of Expert on Demand.

Send a request for help

It is possible to contact an expert directly or to leave a message in a space.

In call controls

It is possible to get a better view of things during a call by using a range of controls. It offers many different features such as zooming in, sharing your screen, analyzing photos, etc.

Share content

While you’re on a call or in a meeting, you can share content with others in a space or with the meeting host.

Use the voice keyboard

With a voice keyboard or with the use of dictation mode, you can input information with natural language into your RealWear HMT device using a voice keyboard.
