Adding call queue analytics to Digital Signage in zoom
It is possible to create a fully customized version of the real-time analytics dashboard on the call queue analytics wallboard. The KPIs that are displayed can be selected, customize the position of each widget, and thresholds can be set for each KPI. This wallboard URL is a permanent permalink that is only valid for 8 hours after it is published.
The Zoom Room location’s digital signage can be customized by admins to use wallboards they send to the location. You can add the wallboard to a specific location or room in the web portal once it has been sent by accessing the Room Management section of the web portal.

How to send call queue analytics wallboards to Digital Signage assets
If you would like to make wallboards Digital Signage assets available for inclusion in Digital Signage, you can send them to Digital Signage via email.

If you are a member of the call queue or an admin, please sign in to the Zoom web portal.

To access Analytics & Reports, click on the Analytics & Reports link in the navigation panel.

The real-time analytics for call queues can be accessed by clicking on the link.

Click on the Wallboard button at the top-right of the screen.
 Note: The wallboard can be customized if necessary. -
The ellipses icon can be found in the top-right corner of the screen and you can click on it to send content to digital signage.

If you choose the wallboards you would like to send to the Digital Signage content, you will be asked to select the views to display.

The next step is to select the locations in which you want the wallboards to be sent as well as the zoom rooms in which they should be sent.

Once the file has been saved, click on it.
You will be able to add these wallboards to your Digital Signage assets in the future. Digital Signage can be expanded with wallboards by following the steps in the following section.
How to add call queue analytics wallboards to Digital Signage
As soon as you have sent wallboards to Digital Signage assets, you will be able to add them to the Digital Signage platform.

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by signing in.

The Zoom Rooms option can be found in the Room Management menu in the navigation bar.

If you want to edit a location or a room within the room hierarchy, click the location or room you wish to edit. You can, for example, click the floor name in the hierarchy if all rooms on a particular floor are going to have the same content.

When you are in the location you selected, click on the Room Settings button.

The Digital Signage tab can be found by clicking on it.

The plus icon can be found in the bottom-left corner of the Digital Signage preview.

To access Zoom Assets, click on the tab on the left.

You can choose which wallboards you would like to display on the screen.

Then click on the Add items button.
