Configure Moving a Webex Call into a Meeting
Aside from transcriptions, real-time translations, notes, action items, recordings, and whiteboarding, users can also take advantage of advanced meeting features when they are on a conference call with someone who is internal or external to the organization. A full-featured meeting is a call that can be converted into a full-featured call. There is even the option of inviting other people to the discussion before the call is moved to a meeting. A specific Webex site requirement needs to be configured by the administrator in order to make use of this feature.
Depending on your Webex configuration, your users will be able to move a Webex call from one room to another in a meeting.
- If you are using Webex Meetings, ensure that you are using at least version 41.3 of Webex Meetings.
In Cisco Webex Control Hub, you can check your meeting’s version by following the steps outlined in the Find Your Webex Site Version section.
