Manage Snap Bitmoji access in webex
It would be helpful if people could connect their Bitmoji accounts or Snapchat accounts to the Webex App using the Control Hub. It will then be possible for them to send messages with Bitmoji stickers attached. At the level of the organization, at the level of a group (with a template for setting up your settings), or at the level of a user who has access to this feature, you can enable or disable.
Please be aware that Snap Bitmoji and the use of such emoji within Webex are governed by Snap Inc. Privacy and Terms of Service are governed by the following terms and conditions.
Once the Snap Bitmoji has been enabled, users can use the Webex App to connect their Bitmoji or Snapchat accounts.
Requirements
For Webex users to send and see Bitmoji, they must be on Webex App 41.12 or higher. You can find out how to find the version of your app by reading this article.

Enable Snapchat Bitmoji for your organization
The procedure below is intended to help you enable Snapchat Bitmoji for all staff in your organization by following the steps below. In case you prefer to enable it only for specific groups or users within your organization, you might be able to disable it for the whole organization.
- Open the Messaging page in the Control Hub at https://admin.webex.com after logging in and selecting the Messaging tab.
- Allow Bitmoji sticker sharing by finding the toggle and enabling it.
(It is enabled by default, so you don’t need to do anything.)
Now that your organization has enabled Bitmoji and Snapchat integrations with Webex, all users will be able to share Bitmoji stickers with their colleagues.
Enable Snapchat Bitmoji by template
It’s possible to enable Snapchat Bitmoji in your organization for specific groups or for individual users by following this procedure. There is a procedure that you can use to disable it for specific groups within your organization if you already have it enabled for your whole organization.
- Firstly, navigate to the Messaging section of the Control Hub at https://admin.webex.com and sign in to your account.
- Please click on the Templates tab.
- The messaging template can be selected or created according to your needs.
Information you need to know about the templates you can create and manage, as well as how to customize them, can be found at https://help.webex.com/n5uf91x.
- In the Settings tab of the template, make sure that the Allow Bitmoji sticker sharing setting is enabled.
- Select the groups that you would like to receive these settings templates from by clicking the Apply groups button.
The Webex template now allows all users within the groups governed by that template to connect their Bitmoji or Snapchat accounts with their Webex account and be able to use Bitmoji stickers within Webex.
Change Snapchat Bitmoji setting for a user
For the purpose of enabling or disabling Snapchat Bitmoji for a specific user, you will have to follow this procedure. As a result, this setting overrides any settings that may have been inherited by the user from group-level settings or organization-level settings.
- Go to the Users page on the Control Hub by logging into https://admin.webex.com and clicking the Sign In button.
- Once you have selected the user you want to edit, click the Messaging tab on the user’s profile.
- It is possible to enable or disable the setting that allows Bitmoji stickers to be shared.
