Managing a hub’s Settings page in Zoom
As long as the hub owner navigates and manages their hub’s visibility, in addition to other hub settings, such as attending attendees’ default landing experience, from their hub’s Settings page, they can easily navigate and manage their hub’s settings. It consists of three sections: Visibility, Hub Settings, and Hub Deletion. Each section will cover a different aspect of the settings tab.
By setting the visibility of a hub, the owner of the hub can decide whether it will be private or public. Hub Settings provide the hub owner with the ability to designate one of their hubs to serve as the landing hub for attendees to browse and discover events, as opposed to using the public listing page for their default hub as the landing hub. Delete your hub from your Hub Deletion account is another option available to hub owners.

Hide your Hub
Despite the fact that an attendee may follow a hub, hub owners can make the hub invisible to attendees in all locations that come into contact with attendees (the event details page and hub listings view). Despite the fact that a hub can be hidden, users who are members of the hub will still be able to access it from the dropdown menu in the hub navigation box. As an indication that the hub has been hidden, an anonymous icon will appear to the right of the hub name.
-
You will still be able to select a hidden hub from the Create Event/Conference flow if you choose to show it.
-
The hidden hub option is automatically deselected when a hub is set up as a landing hub. As an added bonus, when a hub owner selects a current landing hub to be hidden, the landing hub’s option is automatically deselected when the hub owner selects the landing hub to be hidden. It is not possible to hide landing hubs once they have been created.
-
There is a Settings tab on the hub that you can access.
-
You can hide this hub by selecting the Hide this Hub check box under Visibility.
For attendees, the hub (and the link that leads to the hub) will be hidden from the event details page and from the hub listings page. -
Save the file by clicking the Save button.
