Partial refund policy for OnZoom
Besides setting up a policy that allows you to provide a full refund, you can also set up one that allows you to provide a partial refund option, in case additional circumstances arise.
Prerequisites for enabling partial refund policy

Tickets purchased with a cancelation policy can be rescheduled, dropped in, and/or refunded
Partial refund policy
There is an option to enable partial refunds so that you will be able to provide partial refunds to you for the following items:

Whenever an Attendee requests a refund of a ticket(s) in an order, you have no choice but to refund 50% of the ticket(s) in that order

There are situations when an Attendee’s tickets to the remaining events in a series are canceled when you cancel the remaining events in a series

A user who holds multiple tickets to an event that has been canceled has multiple tickets attached to it

There is a case in which an attendee requests a refund because he or she purchased more than one ticket in one order

Attendees who have not attended an event for the full duration of the event are entitled to a refund when they request it
The cost of the tickets associated with an event series that are refunded are automatically credited to the user when one or more of the occurrences in the series are cancelled.
