View and share Webex Meetings details
A host can now easily share a summary of a meeting with invitees as soon as the meeting ends, as well as a link to the full report.
As soon as a meeting has been recorded with Webex Assistant for Webex Meetings, a dialog box is displayed to the host after the meeting has ended. If your Webex Assistant for Webex Meetings is enabled, then meeting highlights will be generated by your Webex Assistant for Meetings. There is also a link to view more details about the meeting, such as what was covered during the meeting, the transcript and any recordings that took place, if there were any.

For quick sharing of this information with participants in the meeting, you can click Share.

Click View details in order to access more detailed information about the attendees, such as highlights, transcripts, recordings, and the complete list of attendees, by signing in to your Webex site.
You will not see this dialog box after each meeting if you check Don’t show this again, but you will not automatically share content with your invitees if you check Don’t show this again. After each meeting, you will have to manually switch over to your Webex site after each meeting if you want to share any content with your invitees.
If you do not want your meeting attendees to receive content automatically when you schedule a meeting, you can do the following:

Go to Preferences > Scheduling on your Webex site and choose a time that works for you.

Please choose one of the following options:

If you check the box next to Automatically share the meeting content with meeting invitees after future meetings, you will be automatically able to send the highlights, recordings, and transcripts to meeting invitees after future meetings. There will be no dialog box to appear after the meeting ends, so you won’t have to deal with it anymore.

The check box next to Automatically share the meeting highlights, recording, and transcript with meeting invitees can be cleared if you want to see the dialog box after each meeting ends, and on a per-meeting basis you can decide whether to share content with them.

It is expected that this feature will be available in the 41.2 update in a delayed release cycle, as it is part of the 41.2 update. If you would like to learn more about when it will be available on your site, please go to status.webex.com/maintenance.
A summary email of the meeting is also sent to the host at the end of the meeting.
