Customizing your profile in zoom app
It is possible to change your Zoom profile information at any time, including your name, meeting ID, email address, and other information that is relevant to your account. Other users in the account will be able to see some of this information, such as your name, your department, and your job title.
Other contacts can see the information that you provide on your profile card while in a meeting or when viewing your profile in Team Chat.
Note: An account owner or admin has the ability to change certain settings, but not all.
How to access your profile

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in

From the navigation menu, select Profile from the drop-down list.
The following settings can be viewed and edited on the settings page:
Profile information and picture section
Profile Picture: If you would like to add or change your profile picture, simply click on it. If you are uploading a new picture or adjusting the crop area of your current one, you can do both of those things. If you click on the Delete button, you will be able to delete your profile picture.
Profile information: The following steps can be taken to update your profile information by clicking Edit in the right hand corner:

The first name and the last name of the person

Display Name: On Zoom, this is your profile name, which appears on your profile card, for example, when you join a meeting or webinar, your profile card when you register to join a meeting or webinar, and in meetings and webinars. It is possible to enter a display name up to a maximum of 10 Chinese characters.
Note: Your account administrator might have prevented you from changing your display name if you are not able to change your display name. If you wish to make any changes to your account, please contact your account administrator. -
Pronouns: If you wish to share your pronouns during meetings or webinars, please enter them in the field below. It is required that Zoom version 5.7.0 or higher be installed in order to access this feature.
Note: There is a possibility that your account administrator has prevented you from changing your pronouns, so you will not be able to change them. If you wish to make any changes to your account, please contact your account administrator. -

If you hover over your profile picture on the Zoom desktop client, the following information is displayed to other users: your profile picture, display name, pronouns, phone number, department, job title, and location.
Personal section
Phone: There is a limit of 3 external phone numbers that can be added to your profile. The next step is to click the Add Phone Number button in order to add a phone number. You will be prompted to confirm an external number when you add it to your profile, so that it appears on your page as soon as you add it. In the Zoom desktop client and mobile app, you will see these phone numbers on the phone number field of your profile card. By hovering over or tapping your profile picture, users will be able to see your profile card.

(Optional) When adding a phone number, you have the option to select a label from the drop-down list, such as Mobile, Office, Home, or Fax, for the phone number, indicating the type of number you are adding. When users search for you in the Zoom Web or Zoom Phone apps or the Zoom desktop client or mobile app, as well as Zoom Phone calls and SMS messages, they will see your labels.

Note: The Zoom Phone mobile app and desktop client will automatically display your direct numbers if you have any on your account, under the Direct Number section, when it comes to your profile card. The Zoom Phone numbers that you add to your profile do not need to be added.
Zoom Phone: It is possible for you to find out what your direct phone numbers are (if you have been allocated one), your company number, and your extension, if you have a Zoom Phone license.
Time Zone: In Zoom’s desktop client, mobile app, and provisioned desk phone, you can set the time zone to apply to all of them. On your profile card, you will be able to see the time in your local time zone.
Date Format: Make sure that your region’s date format is correct.
Language: In the Zoom web portal, you can edit the language that is set as the default language.
Date and Time: Then click Edit to change your time zone, the format of your date, and the format of your time.
Note: You will also be able to use this setting for Zoom Phone if you have purchased a license for Zoom Phone. There is a very important consideration to be made when setting the right time zone as it will have an effect on business hours, the call history, the recordings, and the voicemails.
Meeting section
Personal Meeting ID: It is possible to change your personal meeting ID by clicking the Edit link on the right side of your meeting window and selecting Use your Personal Meeting ID for Instant Meetings on the next page.
Personal Link: A personal link is available if you have a paid licence on a Business or Education account, if you have a Business or Education licence. Click the Customize button on the right side of the page to set one up or edit the one you already have.
Host Key: For a view of your host key, click the closed eye icon. For a change to your host key, click Edit.
Account section
License: An overview of the license type and the add-ons you have been assigned is displayed here. To learn more about each license or feature, simply click the question mark (?) that appears next to it. There will be a list of your calling packages displayed if you have a Zoom Phone license. The capacity of your meetings and webinars (if applicable) can also be viewed in this section. For this to be changed, you will need to purchase new licenses and assign them to different users.
Account No: Below your name, you will find your account number listed. If you want to call Zoom support if you need assistance, please note this as it will allow us to locate your account much more quickly.
Sign In section
Sign-In Email: If you would like to change the email address or password that you use to sign in, click Edit on the right side. The Edit option is not available to you right now. If you would like further instructions on how to change your email address, please read this article.
Sign-in Password: In order to change your password, click Edit in order to do so. Signing in with SSO does not give you access to this option.
Linked Account: You will be able to sign in using your linked accounts if they are active. There are several options available for Single Sign-On, such as Google and Facebook.
Sign Me Out from All Devices: Log out from your desktop computer as well as your mobile device. Changing your password will be necessary on older versions of Zoom after logging out of the system. In the event that you misplace a device on which Zoom has been installed and set up, this could be very useful.
Others section
User Group: Your account owner or admin will be able to see which user groups you have been assigned to as part of your account.
Calendar and Contacts Integration: Whether you are using Google, Office365, or Exchange, you can integrate your calendar and contacts.
Transit Data: Hosting meetings and webinars can be done in any region that has a data center.
