Enhanced Webex Site Management Experience
We are updating the design and experience of the pages in Control Hub that are used for managing your meeting sites. Continue reading to learn more about the changes that are being made, why they are being made, and how the update will affect you.
Overview

Why are we reloading the pages that control the website?
We are working to ensure that the experience you get when managing your site is comparable to that which you have when managing other services in Control Hub.
Iframes are now being utilized by the site administration pages in order to pull the site management settings from Webex Administration and place them within Control Hub. This update to the user interface gets rid of the iframes and places the majority of the site management options into pages within the Control Hub.
In what ways does it impact you?
The way in which you manage your site will not undergo any changes. You are still utilizing Control Hub; your website still possesses the same settings, and your users will continue to see the same results from those settings.
The pages that include the settings have a distinct appearance, and the way in which you interact with the controls also varies. For instance, where you once had a checkbox, you may now have a slider to adjust the value of the option.
If you are already familiar with Control Hub, the next modifications ought to come across as completely natural to you.
If you find that these adjustments do not improve your experience, you can revert back the previous format by clicking the “Revert to legacy Site Admin tool” button (located in the top right corner).
Before and after
You should access your site as you typically would in Control Hub:
After logging in to Control Hub, navigate to the Services menu and pick Meeting. After that, choose your location.
At that point, you will first become aware of the distinctions.
On the right, there isn’t a panel that slides out.

The information that was previously presented on the panel may now be found on the Site information tab, which opens up whenever you pick a site to view.
The navigation to the settings for the setup is brand new

Prior to this update, in order to view the links to the site’s configuration settings, you had to click the Configure Site button that was located on the slide-out panel. When you click the Settings button at this point, a drop-down menu will appear with links to the various settings pages.
The architecture of the Control Hub is utilized by the pages for Common settings, Meeting settings, and Webinar settings

In place of the style used for Webex Administration, the “Common Settings,” “Meetings,” and “Webinars” settings pages have been redesigned to match the “Control Hub” layout. The image displays the page that may be found under Settings > Common Settings > Site Options.
Scope and limitation
We do not have a complete list of the interface elements that have been updated. Changes that we made in general include the following:
- Updated most Common settings, Meetings settings, and Webinars settings
- The articles on Help Center pertaining to certain settings have been updated.
We have no plans to update the controls for Webex Support or Webex Training at this time; however, if any features for those products are shared with Webex Meetings, such as Session Types, then you can anticipate that those capabilities will use the updated style of controls.
