Finding your MAC address (HaaS devices) in zoom app
It is necessary to have the media access control (MAC) address of your Hardware as a Service (HaaS) device to be able to exchange it with another one of the same model.

How to find the MAC address

Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu at the top of the screen.

You need to click on Network, then you need to click on the entry on the left which indicates the Internet connection you have.

In the Advanced section, click the Hardware option, then select Ethernet, or select AirPort (based on which option appears).

In the Mac Address box, you will also find the Mac Address, Ethernet ID, and AirPort ID entries. The address appears as a string of letters and numbers next to this entry.
