Make Calls with Your Analog Phone (ATA 190-SC)-Webex

Your analog phone will acquire some of the features of an IP phone if you connect it to an analog telephone adapter (ATA). You can make calls using your analog phone, or you can redial the number that you most recently phoned.

Make a Call Using Your Old-Fashioned Analog Telephone

The functionality of your analogue phone is identical to that of a Cisco IP phone.

  1. Take the phone’s handset in your hand and listen for the dial tone.

2.  If you want to, you can dial the numbers for an outside line and then listen for the dial tone. This step is optional.

3.  Enter the phone number into your phone.

Simply dial the number again using your analog phone

   You are able to call the phone number that was phoned most recently.

    1. Take the phone’s handset in your hand and listen for the dial tone.

     2.  Enter * followed by #.
