Optimize your Webex Webinars and Webex Meetings for all voices

You can filter out background noise and background voices that would normally be picked up by a microphone and be heard by you when speaking in order to create a more engaging and better experience. It is crucial to optimize for all voices in order to bring the background voices to the forefront.

If you select the option Use computer audio only, then you will have access to this feature.

We have developed advanced deep learning and speech science technologies in order to improve your voice. Voice enhancement is achieved by separating your voice from the background and suppressing background noise. There will be no interruptions of other voices in your workspace, and you will be the only one who hears those sounds.

You can optimize your audio to prioritize your voice before or during a meeting or webinar by doing the following:

• You can select either Optimize for my voice or Optimize for all voices under Webex smart audio by clicking the drop-down arrow under Audio options.
   

  The Webex smart audio option that you choose will be the default option for all upcoming meetings and webinars that you hold through your site as soon as it is selected by you.

• You can choose either to optimize for a specific voice or to optimize for all voices by clicking Audio options, then clicking Audio settings.
