Streamlined username/password recovery
Admins who have either forgotten their username or their password are now taken to a new page that walks them through the steps of regaining their information. This page is only accessible to admins who have forgotten either of their credentials.
To reset your login and/or password on any of the following websites:
1 Navigate to the administration page of your Webex site. (Here’s an illustration: SITENAME.Webex.com/admin.php)
2 To retrieve your login or password, go to the following link:
3 If it asks you to, type the CAPTCHA into the box that’s provided.
4 Click Submit or OK.
5 Be on the lookout for a message titled “Your Webex account information request” in the email you have access to.
6 To retrieve your username and reset your password, simply follow the instructions provided in the email.
