Add attendees in Webex Webinars
It is possible to select your webinar from your calendar list once you have scheduled it and invited panelists. Then you can add attendees to it. There are several ways to add attendees, including manually adding them or importing them from many CSV files at once.
- Once you have logged into your Webex site, you will be able to see your calendar.
- From the list of webinars, select the one you wish to attend.
- Your webinar information can be edited by clicking on the Edit button next to the Attendees section.
- You can add attendees one at a time by clicking on the Add attendees button. Following that, enter the names and email addresses of each attendee.
Click on Import attendees from a CSV file if you would like to import multiple attendees from a CSV file.

The CSV template can be downloaded if necessary.

Make a note of the format used in your template.csv file and then upload or drag and drop your CSV file into the template.csv file.

Please click the Close button.

As soon as the CSV file has been imported, click the Send email invitation button at the top of the window if you wish to send an invitation by email to the attendees.
