A call control system must be configured on your phone to enable it to connect to a network, as well as to be connected to a network. According to the call control system, phones support a wide range of functions and features. Depending on how your administrator has set it up, you might not have access to all the functions on your phone.
There are some features that will require a line button if you add them to your phone when adding features. There is, however, a limit to the number of functions that each line button can have (either a line or speed dial, or both). It is possible that your phone will not display any additional features if all the line buttons on your phone are already occupied.
Press the Applications menu, and then select Status > Product Information to find out what model of phone you have. Model number is the field that shows what model of phone you have.
