Canceling your Zoom Events ticket and refund policies
It is possible to cancel your tickets for free events anytime before the start of the event if you wish to do so.
If you are cancelling your ticket at least one hour in advance of the start time of a paid event, you will be entitled to a full refund if you cancel your ticket before the start time of the event. How to cancel your ticket
In the unlikely event the host decides to cancel the paid events, which already have ticket sales, the attendee will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
It is possible for the host of an event series to cancel some of the occurrences if there are a few of them that have ticket sales. Zoom Events provides the option of partial refunds for single-sessions and event series as part of its refund functionality. A partial refund request from attendees can now be accepted by event organizers. A partial refund will be issued if some occurrences of a series of events are canceled and some of those occurrences are included in the event series. Ticket cancellations and refunds are possible at the order level.
There is also the possibility that attendees will receive a full refund if the host approves their cancellation request, which can happen within 1 hour of the start of the event up to 14 days after the event ends. It is at the discretion of the host to issue refunds outside of the cancellation policy. The Zoom Events Terms of Use specifically state that after 14 days of the event having ended, refunds will not be granted for the event, as refunds are not allowed once 14 days have passed since the event ended.
Zoom Events can be accessed by signing in. You will find the Tickets button in the top-right corner of the screen. If you wish to cancel a ticket for a particular event, you can select View Order next to that event in the list of your registered events. If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps: The Cancel Order button is located on the left side of the screen. Click this button if you want to cancel the entire registration. On the order details page, you have the option to cancel an entire series ticket by clicking on Cancel Ticket. You will then be able to select Entire Series from the drop-down menu. On the order details page, you can click Cancel Ticket if you wish to cancel specific occurrences from an entire series ticket (at the ticket level). The number of occurrences should be selected. Under the Select Occurrence(s) section of the pop-up window, be sure to enter the dates of the occurrences of the event that you wish to cancel. It is possible to cancel separate tickets for occurrences of events (drop-in tickets) by finding their specific ticket on the order details page, and then clicking on Cancel Ticket next to the ticket that you wish to cancel. If you receive a verification dialog box, click the Yes, Cancel Ticket button to confirm you wish to cancel the ticket. During the cancellation policy period, attendees are allowed to request a refund from the host if they wish to cancel their registration. The host has the sole discretion to decide whether to refund tickets outside the cancellation policy. It is no longer possible to request or initiate refunds for an event after 14 days have passed since the event ended.Cancel your registration

How ticket purchases are refunded
The refund request will be approved once you (the purchaser) have submitted a refund request, and the ticket will be voided once the refund request has been approved.
In the event that you paid for your event with a credit or debit card issued in the same currency that you opened/registered for the card and requested a refund for the same amount, regardless of the currency in which the host charges for tickets, you will receive a refund for the same amount regardless of whether your request is accepted or not.
The following example illustrates what would happen if you owned a USD-issued credit card and purchased a $10.00 USD ticket. When a refund request is approved, you will always receive a refund of the exact amount you spent on the product, which in this case would be $10.00 USD, if you had requested a refund.
Partial refund policy
There are several refund policies that can be implemented, including a full refund policy as well as a partial refund policy, which can also be implemented in order to offer a refund option for a variety of scenarios. Depending on the event and ticket type, the host can configure the partial refund policy for that event and ticket type. A host has the right to cancel some occurrences of a whole series of events if there has been a high demand for tickets. Based on the cases that have been presented to the host, a 50% refund may be initiated.
It is possible to cancel some of the tickets of a single event order, instead of the entire order. A single event can also be cancelled at any time for some occurrences of the entire series for a single event to be cancelled.
Whenever the organizer cancels one or more events in an event series, the cost of the refunded tickets will be automatically credited to the user’s account as soon as the cancellation is made by the host.
