Changing cloud recording chat/transcript visibility in Zoom Meeting
In cloud recordings that a user owns and shares, he or she can decide whether they wish to have access to chat history and transcription. Users, groups, and accounts can enable and disable this feature on a per-account, per-group, or per-user basis. It should be noted that this setting is only applicable to recordings that have just been generated.

Licenses with cloud recording capabilities are available for Business, Education, and Enterprise licenses

Account owner or administrator privileges are required to enable or disable the feature at the account or group level in order to use it
How to enable or disable cloud recording chat or transcript visibility at the account level
It is possible to make cloud recordings of chats/transcripts visible to all users in the account by enabling or disabling the following:

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in.

Click on Account Management from the navigation menu and then click on Account Settings from the Account Management menu.

The tab for recording can be found by clicking on it.

There is a toggle at the bottom of the viewable transcript / viewable chat switches that you can click to enable or disable the transcript.

You will be prompted to confirm the change by clicking Enable or Disable if a verification dialog displays.

(Optional) To make this setting mandatory for all users in your account, click on the lock icon , and then click Lock in order to confirm that you would like to make it mandatory for all users in your account.
How to enable or disable cloud recording chat or transcript visibility at the group level
For a group of users to be able to see cloud recording chat/transcripts, you must follow the following steps: Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in. Click on User Management from the navigation menu and then click on Group Management from the menu. Go to the Recording tab and click on it. To enable or disable the option Viewers can see the transcript / Viewers can see the chat on the viewer’s right, click on the toggle. Click Enable or Disable if a verification dialog appears to verify the change that has been made. The option to make the setting mandatory for all members of the group is available by clicking the lock icon, and then taking the final step to click Lock to confirm the setting.
