Collect survey feedback after a webinar in webex

Sending a survey after a Webex webinar is a great way to keep your attendees engaged.

There is no support for this feature in the webcast view of webinars.

  • You can add a post-webinar survey to your schedule after you have scheduled a webinar.

In addition, you can find a list of all the webinars that are scheduled under the Calendar tab.

  • By clicking the + next to a question under the Sample survey questions, you will be able to add a question to the survey. You can also add a question by following these steps:

  1. You can add a new question by clicking + Add new question.

  2. If you have a question, please enter it here.

  3. You may choose between one of the types, such as a Text (one or more lines), Multiple choice, Checkbox, or Rating type.

  4. Answer the following questions as accurately as you can.

  5. You can make the question required by checking the Required box.

  6. Then click the Add button.

    In the left pane, you will now see the question listed under My questions.

There is a maximum of 50 questions that can be asked in the survey.

  • The order in which the questions appear can be changed by clicking the arrow next to each question. The question can also be dragged and dropped to a new location by clicking next to it and dragging it to the desired location.
  • In the Layout tab, you can choose the theme color and the image placed in the header as well as the colors displayed in the survey.

There are three file types that can be used for the header image: .gif, .png, and .jpg.

  • To view the look of your survey, click Preview in order to see how it will look.
  • Then click the Save button.

At the end of the webinar, a browser window will open for attendees to complete the survey.

What to do next

Using Webex, you can generate an activity report for your webinar from the Calendar > Completed tab of your Webex site to view the results of the survey.
