Allowing camera and mic access in Kaspersky in Zoom App
Zoom is not allowed to access your camera and microphone in some versions of Kaspersky security software. Kaspersky Internet Security or Total Security can be configured to allow Zoom access to your camera and microphone.
By excluding Zoom from scanning, Kaspersky Endpoint Security will not block the camera or microphone. For more information, visit the Kaspersky support site.
Kaspersky Internet Security 2015
- Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 can be opened.
- Select Settings.

- On the Protection tab, click the Protection Center tab..

- Select Application Control.

- Select Manage Applications.

- To add Zoom Video Communications to the Trusted group, drag and drop the application to the group, or right-click Zoom, select Restrictions, and then select Trusted.

- Zoom should now have access to your webcam.
Kaspersky Total Security or Internet Security (2018 or 2019)
- Kaspersky Internet Security 2019 is now available.
- From the bottom left corner, click the settings icon.
- Click the Protection tab.

- Select Application Control.

- Click Manage Applications under Rules for applications, Personal Data Protection.
- Choose Restrictions from the right-click menu, then click Trusted.
