View meeting and webinar content created by Webex Assistant for Meetings
Windows and Mac
1 If you are the host of the meeting or webinar and the content is ready to be seen, you will get an email that states, “Your Webex meeting or webinar content is available.” Choose to View Meeting Content in Email from the menu.
If the meeting or event material has been shared with you by the host, the subject line of the email will read “Host name shared Webex meeting content with you.”
When you click the Meeting link on your Webex site, the Meeting content page will load.
2 The Highlights page will provide access to any meeting or webinar highlights that were recorded during the event in question, whether that event was a meeting or a webinar. You may view the meeting or webinar transcript and recording, if it was recorded, by clicking the tabs labeled “Transcript” and “Recording,” respectively. This only applies if the meeting or webinar was recorded.
If there was a person who attended the gathering or event that you are interested in learning more about, you can see their People Insights profile by selecting the profile image that appears next to their name in the list of attendees.
After the material of the meeting or webinar is made accessible, you can also access it straight from your Webex site using the navigation options provided. Select the Completed tab after going to the Calendar section located on the left navigation bar.
Find the online meeting or webinar, and then pick it.
If the meeting or webinar does not appear in the list, it means that the host has not provided you with access to the material of the meeting or webinar.
iOS and Android
If you are the host of the meeting and the information is ready to be seen, you will receive an email that states, “Your Webex meeting content is available.” The material of your meeting or webinar is viewable on both the Webex site and the mobile app that you have downloaded.
1 When you are on the home page of the mobile app, swipe left to access the Completed tab.
2 Simply tapping the meeting or webinar will allow you to access its Info, Highlights, Transcript, and Recording.
