Supported USB HID devices for the Zoom desktop client
Zoom desktop clients for macOS and Windows support the following USB devices.
Prerequisites for supported USB HID devices for the Zoom desktop client
- Desktop client for Zoom
- Sync buttons on headsets should be enabled in your audio settings if your audio device appears on this list. Disable it otherwise.
Limitations
- Meetings and phone calls can only be conducted with these devices. As an example, if you mute or unmute your audio device using a button, the client will show your microphone is muted or unmuted.
- You can accept or decline meetings by clicking the appropriate button.
- Accept or decline inbound Zoom Phone calls
- by clicking the appropriate button.
- Increase or decrease call volume.
- Zoom Phone calls can’t be ended or hung up using the buttons on these devices.
- These are not the only USB audio devices supported by Windows. Zoom desktop client for Windows usually supports buttons from these manufacturers: AVer, Crestron, Jabra, Logitech, Plantronics, Polycom, Shure, Yamaha, and Yealink.
