Unable to Find a User Account in Cisco Webex Meetings Site Administration
Cisco Webex Meetings Site Administration does not find the user account
Cisco Webex Meetings Site Administration does not display the user name.
Note: It is Cisco Webex Control Hub, not Webex Site Administration, that manages Cisco Webex Meetings with Webex accounts. Webex Site Administration is only available for standalone Webex sites without Webex apps.
Solution:
Site Administrators Only
To find a user account:

Go to the Cisco Webex Meetings Site Administration portal. A URL like SITENAME.webex.com/admin.php might be an example.

On the navigation bar on the left, click User Management.

Select Edit User.

The Show: drop-down menu should be selected to display all users.

The user account can be found by entering search criteria and clicking Search.

Note: Check to see if the account is awaiting approval from the Site Admin. By clicking the New User Account Requests: xx link on the Site Admin page, you can see if any new user accounts have been requested
